PREFACE In order to effort development, and to extend service area and service efficiency to customer, PT. Jakarta Tank Terminal (PT.JTT) , plans to develop new facility of storage tank for fuel and its supporting facility in port Tanjung Priok, Koja district municipality North Jakarta province. DKI Jakarta Storage Tank is referred [as] besides used for the sake of by it self also will be rented to customer matching with existing rule. The implementation of construction phase activity Storage tank and its facility are referred [as] generate important impact to surrounding environment, either have the shape of positive impact or negative impact. In consequence, to continuity of activity and environment continuity surrounding, then activity organizer has conducted observation to important impact arising out, both for had the character of positive or negative pass by compilation of Updating Analysis Document Environment Impact (AMDAL). Based on Updating AMDAL document, is anticipated that activity of development construction fuel Storage Tank and its supporting facility haves important impact potency that have the character of positive and negative. Relate to that and to know result of environment management that had been executed during semester I, 2008 and semester II in 2009 and repair things that has not yet been optimal, and then conducted research activity of environment monitoring effectively for period semester II in 2009. Dalam rangka pengembangan usaha, serta untuk memperluas daerah layanan dan efisiensi pelayanan kepada customer, PT Jakarta Tank Terminal (PT JTT), berencana membangun fasilitas tank storage baru untuk BBM (Bahan Bakar Minyak) dan fasilitas pendukungnya di Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok, Kecamatan Koja Kotamadya Jakarta Utara Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Storage Tank tersebut selain digunakan untuk kepentingan sendiri juga akan disewakan kepada customer yang sesuai dengan ketentuan yang ada.
