This thesis demonstrates how to replace the manual system with a computer system in a school. The school system is still manual, the information about the student, teacher, family, and other staff is saved manually, this system is insecure at the same time very expensive compared to the school management system. With the manual system, there is no privacy for teachers and students, it is difficult for a student to note the schedule, it is not preferable to announce the grades in front of the class, it takes time to come to school and ask your grades. This research aims to develop a school management system to assist Khwaja Abdullah Ansari High School in storing the data of the school's data, students, and families in the core of the system database. For the development of this system, the writer used the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology. As-Is modeling, To-Be modeling, and System process design are described through the use of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams using UML (Unified Modelling Language). The significant benefits of this system are that it simplifies the computerization process of schools, saves administration time, and manages and stores the data of users (Schools, Teachers, Students, and families). This research will result in the development of a web-based system of the School Management System for Khwaja Abdullah Ansari High School to create, digitalize, and manage data in a virtual environment.
