The use of technology in scientific conference management has become widespread due to the rapid development of technology. Existing conference management systems like EasyChair, OpenConf, ConfTool, and EDAS are commonly used in facilitating scientific conferences. However, the scalability of these systems is currently limited by service providers, hampering their full optimization due to high costs. To address this issue, the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method in system development and Blackbox Testing for testing have been employed to improve the system. The objective of this research is to develop a scientific conference management system that effectively supports the implementation of conferences. The result is a system that successfully helps in executing conferences. Through Blackbox Testing, it has been confirmed that the system functions properly.
