Heart rate and body temperature are important components as indicators of human health conditions. Monitoring person's condition can be done by measuring heart rate and body temperature periodically. In this research, a heart rate and body temperature monitoring system design are made for monitoring and checking human health conditions. This device is designed with technologies such as microcontrollers, sensors, internet of things, and Message Queuing Telemetry Transport. The parameters used are beats per minute for heart rate measurements and degrees centigrade (°C) for body temperature measurements. Data was collected on three different samples with the accuracy value of each sensor used to measure heart rate parameters is 96.97% and for body temperature parameters is 99.12%. The results of this study also produced an end-to-end device that can monitor heart rate and temperature, assisted by MQTT dashboard application as an interface to monitor heart rate and body temperature conditions in real time that can be used anywhere and anytime.
